Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in the original condition as when they were received. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping cost(s) for returns will only be reimbursed if the item was recieved defective or was damaged during the original shipment.
Downloadable items cannot be refunded. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) please contact website@jimbakkershow.com and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (if stock is available) or full refund, shipping included. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Any refused delivery returned to Morningside Church, Inc. and The Jim Bakker Show will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) donation price. Shipping costs for refused shipments is non-refundable.

My wife’s VISA card is currently being charged $200 a month. She wants this money split between COUNT ME IN PRESIDENT’S CLUB and Lori’s House. $100 to go to each. Hopefully this can be taken care of by you. If not we would like to have the $200 monthly donation cancelled and she will make the $100 donations manually each month.
When we call to donate now (July 2021), the people who answer your donation line tell us that we can donate via Discover, and ask us for our Discover Card number. Is this legitimate?
